Completely Renovated Cottage. Charleston Coastal Design. Family friendly rental in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort. This 3 bedroom cottage is equipped to sleep 8 comfortably.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counters. Rich heart of pine floors are featured throughout the cottage.

Master Bedroom is spacious with large king bed. Master Bath has walk in shower and new tile flooring. All new bedding has been added throughout the cottage.

The guest room has a queen sized bed. The kids room is set up with twin beds. The guest room and kids room share a newly renovated tiled bath. The porch has been enclosed and features a great second living area with large screened tv.

The cottage has drive under parking for 4 cars. The new screen porch is located off the sun room and makes a perfect setting for those lazy summer nights with the family.

Please note Wild Dunes no longer allows resort amenity access. This does not include complex amenities. You can still pay to play Golf, use all bike paths, and enter all restaurants or shops in Wild Dunes. There is a recreational center located on 28th Avenue on Isle of Palms with basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis, and pickleball. *If pool access is necessary there are two recreational pools in Mount Pleasant (15 min drive) that you can pay to access*

The cottage rents for a weekly minimum stay on a Saturday to Saturday arrival and departure pattern during the Summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A 3 night minimum is required during all other seasons. Some holidays require a 7 night minimum stay. No smoking is allowed. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
