Comfortable and spacious living room with two large sofas and large 65in LCD tv.

The first floor offers 4 bedrooms including the master suite. There is a wonderful kids bunk room with tv. The second guest room features two queen beds and wall mounted tv. Guest room 3 has a queen size bed and a wall tv. The master suite is relaxing with a king size bed, lots of windows, large LCD tv and the master bath. 

The second floor accessed by the elevator has a separate mother in law suite with private bath. Views to the Atlantic are plentiful. This suite has a bar, sink, refrigerator and small sofa. Great spot for the teenagers in the family. The suite can also be accessed by exterior spiral staircase. 
 
Outdoor dining is plentiful with a full sized dinning table in the spacious screened porch and a large outdoor dining area with umbrella just off the living area. Great house for those memorable family vacations.
