Welcome to Charleston Oceanfront Villa 210! This stunning beach front condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. With 2 oceanfront pools, direct beach access, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and nearby shops and restaurants, this property is sure to please the whole family!

The living room features comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private balcony with picturesque views amidst the soothing sounds of waves. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, porch access, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed. While, the 4th bedroom is ideal for accommodating younger guests or additional friends with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full hallway bathroom. 

Take a refreshing plunge in one of two sparkling oceanfront pools after a day of sand and sun. Direct beach access found at both pool areas. 

Explore the vibrant town of Folly Beach, where endless possibilities for fun and adventure await. Discover local treasures at charming shops and boutiques, savor fresh seafood at delectable restaurants, and unwind with live music at lively bars and clubs. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home- 8 guests. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Other amenities include washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, elevator for complex, central heat and air conditioning. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
