Welcome to Surfer’s Sol! Stay in a home that embodies the laidback lifestyle of Folly Beach. Cottage charm meets modern amenities for the perfect family vacation. Short walk to the beach and only 3.5 blocks to downtown Folly. Meet fellow surfers at The Washout area.

When you aren’t burrowing your toes in the sand or surfing the waves at the beach, find your favorite outdoor spot on the porch, front deck, or at the fire pit in the backyard. Relax in the elegant screen porch with cushioned seating and a cool beverage in hand. Watch the world go by on the front deck. Lounge in Adirondack chairs next to the fire pit while the kids run out their energy around the yard and dinner is being cooked on the gas grill. Shower off the sand from the day’s fun in the enclosed outdoor shower.

Cozy open layout greets you inside where the living area, dining table, and modern kitchen flow together. Watch your favorite shows on the oversize flatscreen TV from the plush L-shaped sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve your family meals at the dining table with seating for 6. Ample cabinet space make it easy to store groceries. Stainless steel appliances complete the space as a functional, modern touch. 

King bedroom suite is the first of 3 bedrooms. Full, private bathroom is en suite with a large farmhouse sink and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 sleeps two comfortably in a queen bed. Jack and Jill, full bathroom connects the queen broom and bunk room with an antique sink and tub/shower combo. Third bedroom is great for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed. Fresh linens and towel sets provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Ride shares are scarce on the island, so please plan transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am.

Folly Beach downtown area is only 3.5 short blocks away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Surfer’s Sol has all modern amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include $250 beach gear credit for most stays, Wi-Fi, cable TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, fenced yard (no pets allowed), washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided, but up to guests to replenish as needed. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
